At Flourishpure, we are committed to your satisfaction with our sleep environment optimization programs. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, cancellations, and program adjustments are available for our Lumina Sleep Light Audit, HushWave Noise Assessment, and Complete Rest Environment Program. Please read this policy carefully before enrolling in any program.

1. Nature of Our Programs

Our programs are digital consulting services delivered remotely. They include virtual assessments, written reports, weekly modules, and specialist check-ins. Because program delivery begins upon enrollment and involves immediate allocation of specialist time, standard return policies for physical goods do not apply. Instead, we offer the satisfaction guarantees and refund conditions described below.

If you enroll in any Flourishpure program online or by phone, you have a fourteen-day cooling-off period from the date of payment during which you may cancel your enrollment for a full refund, provided that:

If your assessment has been delivered or a consultation has taken place within the cooling-off period, you may still cancel but a partial refund may apply as described in Section 4.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our sleep environment programs. If you are not satisfied with your assessment report within fourteen days of delivery, contact us at team@flourishpure.world and we will offer one of the following at no additional charge:

To qualify for the satisfaction guarantee, you must have completed the program questionnaire in good faith and attended your initial consultation call. The guarantee does not apply if you have not engaged with the program materials or have provided incomplete or inaccurate information about your sleep environment.

4. Refund Schedule After Program Delivery Begins

If you request a cancellation after your program has begun, the following refund schedule applies based on program progress:

5. Program Upgrades and Downgrades

You may upgrade from the Lumina Sleep Light Audit ($189 AUD) or HushWave Noise Assessment ($249 AUD) to the Complete Rest Environment Program ($449 AUD) at any time during your active program by paying the difference between your current program fee and the Complete program fee. Upgrades include all remaining check-ins and modules of the Complete program from the point of upgrade.

Downgrades from the Complete program to a single-focus program are available within seven days of enrollment before your first check-in, with a refund of the price difference minus a $25 AUD administrative fee. Downgrades are not available after the first check-in has been completed.

6. Cancellation by Flourishpure

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a program if circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent delivery, including specialist unavailability or technical failures affecting virtual consultations. In such cases, you will receive the option of a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost. We will provide at least forty-eight hours notice whenever possible.

9. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within ten business days of approval. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used during enrollment. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional five to ten business days for the refund to appear in your account. We will send you a confirmation email when the refund has been initiated.

10. Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Return Policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If our sleep environment programs fail to meet consumer guarantees regarding acceptable quality or fitness for purpose, you are entitled to a remedy including repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
